Rapid Regeneration (Semblance)
Halsen can induce a burst of rapid regeneration, healing half his health max health for two turns. This can be used in reaction to an attack that would otherwise knock him unconscious. Requires a minor action. Two turn cooldown.

A burst of strength (12 damage) that harms Halsen for a quarter of the melee damage that he dishes out. This lasts for six turns. 50% restriction bonus.
Overdrive lvl 6- fire
13 energy 42 power- 25 damage, 60 m movement, 100% regeneration, 1 turn
Halsen pushes himself to his limits to increase his strength (25 damage), speed, and regeneration. He will regenerate fully if he uses rapid regeneration during overdrive. The 60 m of movement can be used as a free movement action. This exhausts him for the next four turns, lowering his melee damage by 6 and removing his free minor movement action. This ability cannot be used while exhausted. 100% restriction bonus.
