Though one would think there shouldn't be much work for such job these days, it is surprising how wrong that is in certain countries that don't have government with much spare manpower. And pay for such usually difficult jobs is nothing to laugh at either. Leanne has started taking serious jobs as the bounty hunter with her new father when she turned 17. Up till not long ago, she was doing jobs in pair with her father, but on her last and most difficult job, her father was killed. But Leanne's skills that already passed her father allowed her to survive that Hell.

Background: Aoba was an orphan who was found by his adoptive parents when he was five. As his parents ended up traveling around a lot, he was raised by his grandmother. While growing up Aoba was a punk and skipped out on school to participate in a new game called Rhyme, where he would fight and mentally break his opponents due to the nature of the game. However after an incident he got amnesia and forgot the years he spent Rhyming, becoming a much more mild mannered kid. Now he works at a local junk shop trying to survive his chronic headaches.

If he concentrates, he is able to find out what they're specifically thinking about, even if they try to blend it in to other thoughts. He is quite intelligent, but is also very sadistic and insane. This insanity comes from his love for C.C. and because he can't keep his power under control, he wears headphones that have many recordings of C.C.'s voice to play when he's around too many people as all their thoughts will typically fill his head. He typically messes with his opponent by reading their thoughts and darkest secrets and using it against them. He covers his eyes with the top of his headphones which act as a visor to hide the Geass power that his eyes show.
