An enormous floor encompasses the top of this building. Here you see bloodstains everywhere, along with torn green uniforms. The uniforms are numbered 4001 to 4999. Looking outside, you see a ruined cityscape. Buildings have been set afire, and random people are killing each other wherever you look. In the distance you can make out a giant black wall surrounding the cityscape. The sky is an ominous red color.
There are many particularly large and dense bloodstains near the edge of the building. Amidst the blood a glowing blue scimitar appears to be stabbed in the ground.
Draped over one of the bloodstains, there is a red robe painted over with flame designs.
There is an airship tethered nearby. A ladder is hanging near the edge of the roof. It appears to be possible to board the airship.
The Flame Robe is gone.
