Fine then. Let's test all these different theories. We should split up and investigate what this infection could be.
Here will be the teams:
I will go with Bang to look for a "cure" or at least something that could make it.
I assume Noiz and Yuno will be sticking together. Since you two notice secret pathways with ease, that's what you two should focus on.
Lastly Halisi and the new guy, you two need to investigate the bodies.
Let's meet back here in 30 mins.

No need to be rash. If they simply wanted us dead and gone immediately then they would have simply destroyed the bridge instead of stationing a sniper to watch. There is hope for the ones on this side and the people in that tower know it. We just have to find it.

Alright, I guess that won't be too bad I guess, but just to let you know, this isn't Virtues last reward Phi. I'll return when I'm good and ready!

Ah! Now that I think about it, the mushrooms were growing from dead bodies. Could that be the infection Aklita speaks of?

Yuno, I thought we agreed that the mushrooms were simply poisonous in large quantities, hence the bodies around them. The bodies we found could have been of those desperately hunger so they ate an many as they could, leading to their death.
As for the mushrooms growing out of the bodies

Bang, as for your theory of this being a game that is ridiculous.
What purpose would it serve if us to fight for it? Why wouldn't the creator simply choose someone at random rather than force us to either kill each other or go crazy.
Personally I am beginning to think that this 'infection' is actual despair and Phi might be on to something with us being in the despair group.
