*Waves at Eclipse* Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalloooooooooooooooooooooo~!! Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar~!! Trial is still on-going! This is also the final trial, so dead people like me can participate too!!
Also, about the 5cm difference. He was 155cm in life; the victim here has 160cm. The biggest blow to the height argument is time, which I... do not know, sadly...
However! We still can pull through if we think this through! *Concentrates really hard*
EDIT: (Directed toward ESP; non-bullet) We also have had a serial killer running amok for the past couple of days. This guy... has broken the Massacre Rule and is still alive. He is most certainly not Komaeda or Aklita. He must be a player to have killed a minimum of five players, if we go by your bullet. Please tell us... just who is our mysterious guest?
EDIT-EDIT: Dang it, Yukari >_< *Makes sure to read everything thoroughly*

Your claims are that since the victim died several weeks ago and that there is a masked person running amok, that the death is questionable?
Let me make myself clear this time. Only players can murder or be murdered. The masked person is most certainly a player, as is the victim and the one who killed them. Even if the victim was killed some time ago, since there is a trial for them, they themselves must be a player and the killer must also be a player.
If we accept that Emna is the one who died, then the culprit is the question. Due to my previous statement, it is certain that the culprit is a player. If all of you assume that the masked person is the culprit, I expect you to provide some evidence that they are indeed a player.

ESP! You seem dead-set on declaring Old Man Emna being the victim here!
S-so... just making sure, did anyone check the body for teeth or an ElectroID...?
*Rubs head while laughing sheepishly*

As has been said, a player is the victim otherwise there would be no trial! All players are present in this trial, even dead ones. Let us simple do a head count and find out if anyone of us has "gone missing" without us noticing. We do not need to find if the corpse is Emna, simply that it can't be anyone else!

Let us continue by listing those players that are still alive based on the player lost in our Electro IDs. Afterwards we can decide if the information is faulty.
Living: Gundam Yamada Kirigiri Naegi Kochiya Aklita Mystio Crossroad Bang Viole Komaeda(M)
I have been inactive recently as even Justice must rest. Does any of this mean anything to you all?

Sova and I are still "alive" and we might have saved Cirno and Satori if we had been quicker...
Actually the height and age argument should hold. People stop growing at around 18 years old and Emna was 22 when they measured his height of 155 cm. Thus, it is highly improbably that Emna had gained 5+ cm afterwards (the difference may be somewhat larger since they probably counted his skin and hair while he was alive). Kirigiri should probably check whether the document had been doctored or not. *hands Kirigiri a pamphlet*
I question whether the murder report may just be an attempt to manipulate the players with wrong information. X was created to be something of an ultimate AI and seems to be protecting us, but I believe that it was created by the researchers aka the guys that are holding pamphlets with our names on it and "Highly dangerous, kill on sight" under our names. Is the traitor that X is trying to make us kill even real? Besides for Sova, who seems to have a tendency to go attack people for no reason, and Komeda, who can't kill if he practices what he preaches, I have yet to see anyone shows signs that they want to kill (maybe Izanami with Aklita). So the masked individual is likely the traitor (note that this is different from culprit).
I believe I have had the first fight with the masked individual. It was during the trial (I heard your voices unless that was a recording) when I somehow appeared in the VR room. For my sudden appearance in the room, I suspect X. The masked individual was aware of my transportation into the room as he/she walked in after, but that also implies that he was not the one to move me. Thus, all players present during the first trial are not the masked individual (unless they were able to fake their presence somehow). I was not there so, I will have to rely on all of you to pick out the ones present. I'll add that the masked individual fought me with a knife, but seemed to have more weapons on him/her.
If we were to suspect multiple people working as the masked individual then that may make their identity more difficult to be certain of, but I am adding this as a possibility.

I apologize for the misconception, the electroID records you two as DECEASED.

For the body, the players all clearly had a body a couple weeks ago. But we can not say for sure when "a few weeks ago" was as we were trapped in the virtual world and time may have passed at a different rate there. The only player deaths up to that point were Sova and I? Perhaps we aren't quite in our "original" bodies? But neither of us match the 160 cm height anyway and our deaths weren't that long ago.
How we arrived in Gensokyo is quite peculiar, but on second thought, Nagito said that he had been dreaming for three days and that was the reason why he was not awake during our time in Gensokyo. Assuming he wasn't making up numbers, time passes at around the same rate.
I think I will mention that the incinerator was turned on during the second day, though that wouldn't make a corpse a few weeks old either.

All of you seem to be making a common misconception, which is that the masked person is in fact a player. Do any of you have proof of this? Personally, I find it odd that this masked person decided to spare your lives before the virtual reality, but has decided to begin killing people afterwards.
On another note, I'm surprised none of you have even considered people other than the masked person to be the culprit. Is it not equally likely that a player in your ranks committed the murder, but simply does not remember?

*Spits tea at the screen* *Cough* *Hack* *Wheeze* S-say what!? W-well, I admit our memories are a tad faulty here, which lends support to your hypothesis; b-but how do we even find proof for something we don't even remember!?
Was it in a log? A recording? How do we even remember or find proof of this murder?!
Spill the beans, lady!! (No, not literally, this place is still a mess from last time...) *... Looks around at the expired beans scattered everywhere*

A murder we do not remember?!? For us to not remember the deed is ridiculous?!? Assuming that none of us massacred like now during the first portion of this game would imply our person. Did not yet "remember." So during or just after our VR experience they would remember and gain the motive. After that they would need to commit the murders and then for us to not remember that now means their memory was wiped again. Have we uncovered a device in this area capable of that?
If we accept this possibility then we must determine which of us would have a motive for the murders! Does anyone remember anything of note? My memories are limited to things involving fights against the monokuma masks.

Very well. I shall present to you the truth.
Verbal Bullet - Memory Manipulation Experiment
-ESP produces a slip of paper from her pocket and begins reading aloud-
"The experiment with memory manipulation has succeeded. We have successfully reverted __________ to before ____________. Everything is in place for the _________ planned. Our ____________ spread with _________ murdering and bring _______________."
As you can see, the loss of memory is heavily tied in with murder. Given that this is the case, since all of you appear to have lost your memories, there is a very strong possibility that all of you were involved in a murdering scheme somehow. And in this scheme, the first victim was none other than Emna Tandris.

VERBAL BULLET: DIFFERING FACTIONS
Hold up! You're saying that -we- are the ones who wanted to kill Emna?! Listen up! -We- are the ones being hunted by a strange group! This group also wants to hunt Emna too!
There was note of a huge conflict between the Despair Group and the Green Uniform Group! Emna was obviously for the green-uniformed guys! This pamphlet tells us that we're against the Despair Group too!!
EDIT: (By default, this means that Emna and we have a common interest and foe here)

Sadly you are mistaken.
Verbal Bullet - MRD Log of Successful Experiments
"MRD: Log of Successful Experiments Blood Mushroom Project - Success Immortal Weapon Project - Success Hourai Elixir Project - Failure Revival Project - In Progress Spark Project - Success Magic Sealing Project - Success Teleportation Project - Awaiting Results"
Does this look familiar to you? Nowhere in this file is there any mention of a memory manipulation experiment. Assuming that the Magic Research Division is on the side of this despair group you have mentioned, they were not the ones to perform the memory manipulation experiment.
This only leaves the option of the other faction, the one fighting those who had fallen into despair, being all of you, as the only option to have performed the memory manipulation experiment. It was all of you who erased your own memories.

*Makes a random post* Patient Log: 12/20 - Bang Shishigami 12/22 - Satori Komeiji 12/25 - Sova Komaeda 12/29 - Emna Tandris 1/2 - Aklita Temris 1/3 - Aklita Temris 1/3 - Aklita Temris 1/4 - Aklita Temris 1/4 - Aklita Temris 1/6 - Aklita Temris 1/7 - Aklita Temris Additional Notes: The girl's condition seems to be worsening with each passing day. Perhaps it is a side effect of the ________? In any case, we must take control of the facility soon and have her treated properly. The ones on the 4th floor are putting up quite a resistance. I wonder how long it will take...
