You find yourself in the lobby of the local Town Hall. A locked door appears to lead to the Mayor's office. You note there appear to be two vents above and to the side of the door. A receptionist sits behind a counter by the entrance.
The receptionist has joined the evacuation party. If you wish to enter the mayor's office, just knock on the door.
