The garden is a little bit above the rest of the city, requiring you to climb up to get onto it. All manner of beautiful plants can be found here, with no end to the variety. You feel like if you spent enough time to look through the garden, you could find any plant eventually. Although this should obviously be a wonderful tourist area, no one else from the city seems to be approaching it. Lights from the red light district bathe the garden in a strange ethereal glow.
