Red Light District

Neon lights are everywhere, the road themselves are lit with them. Everyone walking around here has a strange luminescent glow thanks to the lights. Casinos and Pachinko shops line the road. This is where workers come to relax when they're off work. Off in the distance, if you squint a little, you can sort of make out a strange Colosseum and what looks like a fabulous garden. An enormous wall cuts off the district abruptly. There doesn't seem to be any way past it, and it continues off into the distance.
