West City Hub

The factory district of the city. Large amounts of smog clog the air over here, though it doesn't seem to go over to the other side of the city. You can see several small stores and food carts selling small tools and food for the workers. Several massive smoke stacks line the roads, belching smoke into the air. Pipes lead from this district into the river. The workers don't appear to be that interested in you or what they're doing. In the center, the road branches into three directions. Towards the north appears to head towards the harbor, the south leads closer to a giant wall that surrounds the city and the road to the west leads to an area with weird red lights.
