A dark alleyway away from all of the lights and "proper businesses" of the main city. The only real light here in between the buildings is the neon signs lighting up the storefronts. The store owners don't seem to be upstanding individuals. Rats and cockroaches skitter around here. Several of the stores certainly don't seem to be the kind of place you would want to be caught shopping. Some gangs eye you as you're walking through this area. It looks like you can go further into the twisted back alleys, though you feel like you're get lost.
