An enormous number of shipping containers have been stacked, forming high walls facing the Ocean. Several shipping cranes have been set up, though it looks dangerous to enter them. One of them has been cut in half. There looks to be an ancient lighthouse set up in the distance to guide ships to port. Most work here has been halted, as there is a path of destruction carving through the area. It looks like an unstoppable train went straight through the middle of this area.
