A 2 tiered road leads out from the middle of the city. On the higher tier is a thriving fish market, with merchants yelling about their goods. On the lower tier is a walkway with sewer systems into the river leading out of it. Stairs between the two tiers are built at regular intervals. The difference in height is about 3 m. The bottom tier looks like it would be submerged during high tide. A salty breeze makes it way from the harbor, with a slightly worse smell coming from the sewers. From the higher tier, a bridge leads to the other side of the river. Further away from the city, the harbor opens up.
