Eiffel Tower Top Floor

There is a walkway that goes around the top of the tower. The floor is made of a metal grid, and a metal fence has been put up to prevent people from falling off.
The walkway is 2m wide, and goes around the entire top of the tower.
An expansive view of the city opens up before you. You can see the river cutting the city in half to the West of the tower. To the north, the river ends merges with the ocean, forming a bay. To the south, you can barely make out an enormous wall from the mountain range surrounding the city. Dotted throughout the city are the wonders of the world, looking strangely out of place.
