Add +3 to your attack. Upon hitting an opponent with this scythe and successfully dealing damage, lock a skill from your opponent until the end of their next action. Once per battle, you can activate this weapon by using 30 mana. For 1 turn, the mana stat of others is halved. Mana returns at the end of the fifth turn after this effect is activated. This does not affect those with D rank or above magic resist.
