There are a surprising lack of people in this room, as there is a very angry looking person sitting at a desk here with three lighthouses floating next to them. They immediately glare at you as you enter and put a finger to their mouth, motioning for you to stay quiet… or else. There are lots of books here, mostly on the wildlife that commonly lives in the mountains. You don’t think the books will help you much with mastering shinsu control, but with the silence you can concentrate on improving your shinsu skills.
