Here you find a dark corridor with lighthouses floating at regular intervals along with observers. It’s difficult to go further into the area without being spotted on one of the observers. Many barred prison cells have been carved out of the stone walls here, but most of them are empty.

You do see one person inside one of them, although they don’t seem to notice you.
