Entering this floor, you suddenly find yourself in the center of a huge metropolis. Hundreds of thousands of people seem to be living here. However, as you journey outwards, your pocket beeps and notifies you that as a regular you are restricted to only the inner metropolis, wandering out of the inner circle will cause a violation of the tower’s rules.
