Within the water, you can see much more clearly, albeit there is a lot of resistance and pressure beginning to build. Bubbles float up from all around you, and the sea creatures seem to be getting bigger as you continue downward. At the very bottom you can see a small glint of gold shining up at you.
(Movement speed is decreased by 3, this effect can be reduced by shinsu resistance)
