A potted violet lilac is placed on a nightstand, which has been dragged to the opposite side of the bed, next to the balcony windows. The recesses of the closet contains two instrument cases; they appear to be different types of modern flutes: a bass flute and a tenor flute. The instrument cases are made of polished mahogany. This room has two twin beds, although it appears only one has been used recently.
