In comparison to the rest of the Mestar Convention Center, the Music Festival Stage makes up a sixth of its size. It is also the only section of the convention center that is not entirely renovated for the national ice-skating tournament that is hosted two days after the event. Light displays spin around well above the stage, occasionally blinking to represent fireworks. The largest screen of the convention floor has been set up behind the stage.
