This floor of the International Conference Hall is still undergoing maintenance, hence the heavy paint fumes and scattered painting and construction tools. Dried paint splatters cover a rugged red carpet mats; the mats form an angular pathway through the minefield of cluttered tools, but the path doesn’t seem to have a particular destination.
