Eight small flags are propped along the outer walls; four are placed on each side of the heavy double doors, opened manually by a professional doorman. Even from behind the thick-framed doors, two security cameras are visible, permanently facing the outside entrance. The international conference building is a glorified three-story structure designed to host meetings and lectures.
