There are two exits to the kitchen of the Deluzi Restaurant: the push door that leads to the dining area and the back door that leads to the third-floor hallway. The backdoor cannot be accessed from the hallway, though. Despite the restaurant’s atmosphere, the menu consists of sandwiches, burritos, tacos, burgers, and several derivations of fries and milkshakes; the kitchen reflects these item choices. Stove ovens and grills are abundant. The pantry and cold storage room are separate extensions of the kitchen; the pantry contains spices and carbohydrates, and the cold storage is exclusive to butchered meats.
