Prayer Chamber

This is a large open chamber, with many chairs facing a single stone statue of a man standing triumphantly over some kind of fallen beast, raising a sword. There are many people sitting here, silently in prayer. One person stands near the statue, facing the crowd, but also remains silent. There is a table in front of him, with various magical looking diagrams drawn on it. A door at the back leads further into the cathedral.
