There are many desks with various tools sitting around in this room. Posters with diagrams of weapons have been set on the walls, but look old and faded, and there have been some pieces ripped off. There are many shelves here, but most of them are empty. A few people meander about here, cleaning up some stray items, but look rather disinterested.
