Here you find a massive open chamber with two flights of stairs leading up to a balcony overlooking the entire area. A lavish crystal chandelier hangs from the ceiling, where many giant gears are turning and lots of wires run into the walls. Electric lamps hang down from the wires from the ceiling, and some jut out from the walls. Wires lead out from small holes in the walls to much larger standing lamps positioned at regular intervals across the room. The floor here is made up of pristine ceramic tiles.
Several hallways branch out from this area into hallways with many closed doors. There are a few doors on the second floor at the balcony area, with several soldiers guarding them. One large set of double doors on the first floor leads into a large mess hall.
