Chapter One
Murderous Execution
[This section covers the general group knowledge of events leading up to the murder. Anything here is considered knowledge everyone either knows or could confirm with most of the cast very quickly. Additional details of individual accounts will be sent out privately.]
You all wake from restful slumber to another morning within the Clash Complex around 8 AM. The secrets within this part of the complex mostly revealed, life has shifted to a kind of monotony as people wander the floors available to them looking to uncover any extra details.
The majority of the cast head downstairs for breakfast and eat prior to splitting up and heading out among their schedules. Nanashi, Mishy, Ryo, Caster, Day, Lloyd, Shinka, Rikka, Yuuta, Monika, Yoff, Pierrick, and Owen all see one another in the Restaurant as they eat. Axel passes by a little later, staying only long enough to grab some food before leaving again. Satone is seen briefly, but does not enter the restaurant.
Breakfast concludes roughly around 9:30 AM and everyone goes off to do whatever they please. At this point the day continues uneventful, with no other major group activities until everyone steadily begins heading back to their rooms between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Just before 6:00 PM as people begin to head upstairs there is an incident with the elevator where it ceases working for roughly fifteen minutes, scattered across the floors, the cause is debated among those, but is undecided. You recall this as around the time the elevator stopped working you heard
Cessair: "It appears there is an issue with the elevator that needs to be fixed. ITRIOOOOOOT!!!"
Once the elevator resumes working no further incidents occur.
The night passes quietly with no major incidents as far as anyone is aware.
Once more, around 8 AM people begin to wake up and again head downstairs for breakfast. Those present for breakfast today are Nanashi, Mishy, Caster, Day, Lloyd, Shinka, Rikka, Yuuta, Monika, Yoff, Pierrick, and Owen. Ryo arrives later and joins the group for breakfast. Breakfast again concludes around 9:30 AM and the group separates. The day proceeds much like the previous one until, around 5 PM, an announcement rings throughout the building..
Cessair: "What are you all even doing! A Body has appeared but no one has found it! Would everyone please proceed to the Empty Apartments, Room 7!"
Rapidly everyone converges on the 5th floor in front of room 7. At this point Satone reappears and rejoins the group outside the door. Owen takes charge and attempts to open the door to room 7, but finds it locked from the inside. Unable to open the door, Ryo and Satone use the greathammer and pickaxe in their possession to attack the door. It takes several minutes as the door is quite sturdy, but after many repeated swings the door breaks and it swings open revealing Axel, lying face down in the room.
-Cessair's voice suddenly booms from nowhere-
Cessair: "The Darkness Encroaches! If any of you still hold attachment to your lives and your desire to escape this place, then it's time to fight! One among you has invited the Darkness and intends to survive this night! For the rest of you to survive another day, you must find them and cast them into the fire!"
