The Sewer ApartmentsYou head towards the area where you thought you had seen some furniture and find what appears to have been some kind of sewer slum. Taking up a large around around the furthest + tunnel crossing to the northwest you find a massive number of small indentations just large enough for a grown person to crawl into and lie down. They are stacked up 3 high each wall with a small section of untouched wall separated the lower bunks from the upper ones. In many of them you see threadbare blankets and thin pillows, though others appear empty. There are scraps of cloth lying around as well as many lingering beds appear disheveled like they were abandoned in a hurry. This area retains the darkness of the rest of the sewers, but a few unlit oil lamps sit near the beds and appear to have a small amount of oil in them and can be lit. You walk around and find that each of these bunks appears numbered, though their numbering is kind of random going from 1 up to 237 numbered bunks. The lower numbers have the oldest looking bunks with worn down stone and reasonably clean setups while the larger numbers are still rough from being carved with stone chips lying nearby. You think the individual bunks are deep enough into the walls that it would be fairly easy to hide in any of them and go undiscovered for some time. One of them appears to have had a rope tossed into it. Movement links Return to the Sewer TunnelsAscend to the Starless Streets
