The Black Market
You head off into the section of the sewers where you thought you saw tables and other things setup and find yourself in what looks like some kind of black market. Lining the walls of two tunnels making an L shape are what appear to be stalls and stands one would see at a kind of marketplace. Some force looks like it cut into the walls, tearing out square chunks giving space for someone to stand and store potential goods. In addition to each of these stands and cuttings, the vast river separting the two walkways of the tunnel has been bridged by a large supply of wood, rending these tunnels completely walkable without having to worry about falling into the water.
A series of lights hanging in each of the stalls lights up this area of the sewers, pushing back the darkness and making it much easier to see here. You proceed to browse the stands here and find that the overwhelming majority appear to have been abandoned, and abandoned in a hurry. You find signs of things tipped over and scraps of cloth caught on things as well as strange things you suspect were being sold down here but dropped. There are a variety of things similar to what you saw in the Lord's Blessing, foods and drink from other worlds, but nothing here is a match with stuff from the Lord's Blessing, like each drew from its own supply of worlds.
After the casual browsing you find one particular stand has been cleaned to the pristine, baring a slight layer of dust. In fact, it seems to be fully stocked with things to sell though no one mans the stand. You approach and look to find the stall stocking all manner of firearms, tidily stacked behind the counter with a select few set up on the table for display. There are event tags attached to the guns stating what they are, how many bullets they carry, and their effective range. You look through and find a huge supply of pistols, rifles, submachine guns, and light machine guns. Further into the stall you find boxes upon boxes stacked along the back wall. Flipping one open you find it full to the brim with ammunition off all kinds. It would take a unimaginable amount of time to use it all even if multiple people worked together. A note has been left pinned to the table with a message.
The stand with the weapons has now had its contents pushed further into an indentation and one large wooden barricade appears to have been placed in front of it. Accessing the weapons and the stall isn't too difficult with only this in the way.
You find that the manholes above this place will not open and can see signs of dried concrete on the walls nearby. You suspect that these have been sealed and will require explosives to open. The ground nearby seems to be covered in an extra lay of dirt and broken stone.
