Starless City: the Lord's Blessing

The Lord's Blessing
As you enter The Lord's Blessing you are reminded of a gigantic supermarket, filled with all kinds of goods from a variety of places. You recall that the stores branded The Lord's Blessing are essentially just giveaway stores. Anyone is allowed to enter the store and take whatever they please, with the only requirement being whoever is monitoring the store has to approve your loot as 'not in excess.'
You walk inside to find the single front counter set up and facing towards the back of the store, a seat for the presumed monitor sits empty behind the desk. Atop the counter is a slip of paper with random names scribbled on it which you suspect are people whom the monitor marked as trying to take in excess. As you pass by the counter you enter the store proper where there are numerous aisles upon aisles of random goods. Random is in fact an understatement, as it seems more like whomever organized this store grabbed everything at random and threw it to random places in the store.
You can find a variety of foodstuffs and drinks here though many are in languages you do not recognize. You can also find huge variety of household goods such as hoses, hammers, nails, and so on. It won't be easy finding anything specific, but you know it would take a miracle for someone to identify a missing item from this hurricane of a general goods store.
The store is lit by several windows leading out into the streets so the eternal twilight of the city keeps the store lit all the time, but sadly makes finding anything even more difficult due to shadows.
