Third Eye: "Can sometimes tell lies apart from the truth"
?: "In exchange for movement, you can carry more. This perk can be activated at any time"
When activated Weight +2 Movement through rooms restricted to moving a room once for a minute cooldown in between. In exchange for movement, you can carry more.
?: "Every 24 hours you must pick someone new to trace. The whereabouts of the person you trace will always be known by you."
?: "When holding a blade or knife, you cannot be taken by surprise."
Delicate Steps: "Posting an indicator in a room is not needed if the room is empty, if there are people in the room, you must post.
This does not work if dragging a body or holding with a weight of 2. When staggered you will still be able to perform an action in a fight phase."
Adrenaline: "Weight limit is doubled, can sprint rooms (must post in every other room) and has more options when attacking or being attacked.
Lasts only one minute and only one time use per day."
Hide: "When staying in a room for 5 minutes, you will automatically go into hiding status and remove your indicator post."
This allows you to hide in places without a place of hiding. Leaving the room is not possible when in hiding, however, you can still attack for the preemptive strike.

Seek: "A person can find you if they stay within the room for 5 minutes. If found, this ability cannot work through out the rest of the day."
Liberator: "Anytime there is a dispute or fight, you will be notified. Solving disputes or saving a life will increase this perk's tier for a different effect."
?:"During night time, attacks on a victim will always be a preemptive strike. During day time, attacks against you will always be a preemptive strike.
This effect plays in reverse each day"
?: "If in a room with another person for one minute, you can tell them to leave, the person cannot reenter the room until you exit. Limited to one person per day and cannot repeat it in the same room until the next day. You can also draw attention to your location and everyone will be notified where you are. This is limited to once per day.
?: " By staying in the same room as another person for three minutes, you can take an item they possess, this is not possible if there are four or more people in the same room, yourself included." By staying in the same room as everyone else for three minutes, any item they're keeping hidden is also revealed to you.
6th Sense: "If someone including yourself is in danger, you'll be given a "feeling" You will also be notified if someone is near death or someone is already dead,
you wont know which until you see for yourself"
?: "When killing a person in a fight, you can take the person's perk and add it to your collection of perks which start off with nothing."
?: "When you come across a dead body, you will know everything they knew and their history, excluding the identity of the killer or how their life ended."
Back stab: "Only when you've gain absolute trust of someone can you murder them without any interference so long as you two are alone at the time of assault."
Enabler: "Lets you tell lies that are undetectable, you also have the tools after every murder or death to forge evidence."
Trust: "By assisting a person, you will know their perk. This includes murdering, moving, help escaping, help fighting, passing a message etc."
Wheel of Fortune: "Knows everything."
Cloak and Dagger: "You can dodge and attack in the same phase in a fight, however, if your dodge is predicted, instead of entering a countered status effect, you will be staggered instead."
?: "You can increase the weight of anything by double its original weight. 1 time use per day and lasts an hour. You can play dead so well to the point
no indication of you still being alive will be given. Cannot be killed when playing dead. This is limited to one time use in the entire game."
Keen Eyes: "Certain items will stand out in and out of fights. These moments in which they stand out means it may be crucial to solving something or for your own survival."
Rather Lucky: "Anything luck related will be heavily shifted into your favor. Additionally, traps you off set have a high chance of failure."
