Request for use of Nonlethal Force

You are now permitted to use nonlethal force against anyone within the park. Additionally, we've sent a new program to your phones. Connect them to your police batons to upgrade them into stun batons. We await further good news from all of you."

As of this point, the Police Protocol restriction has been removed. Initiating attacks against other players is now permitted. All police batons will also be upgraded into stun batons. These will instantly knock out another player on contact, but will become less effective if used against the same player multiple times.
