It requires an immense amount of magical power, power that most people aren't capable of producing. However, our leader suspects that the aura within the park might be useable as a substitute for the magic power required. They have requested that those within the park test out the ritual to see what happens."
"To all of our members within the park, gather the materials required for performing the ritual, and record some evidence. If the ritual is successful, we will provide you with a new social media privilege for summoning lightning."
Materials Required: Twelve strands of blonde hair, a teaspoon of ignitable fluid, three small objects capable of conducting electricity, a drawn magic circle on some type of flammable material. The ritual must be conducted in a location where there is a source of electricity nearby.
"In order to perform the ritual, tie together the three small objects with the twelve strands of blonde hair, and place them atop the paper. Then sprinkle the ignitable fluid atop the metal objects and speak aloud a chant. If successful, lightning should strike near the location of the ritual, and the paper should catch fire. If unsuccessful, nothing will happen."
