Here you find a small, surprisingly cleanly carved out area with a wall built from metal bars and a cage-like doorway dividing the room in half. On the half you’re standing on, you can make out a bright blue glow from the other side. The blue glow is what illuminates this cavern. There’s a piece of paper on the ground, which has a very official-looking seal on it.

There is a giant hole in the bars here, and a pile of dust on the ground.
