  The room is dimly illuminated by the fluorescent lights dangling from the ceiling.  The plastic blinds to the wide window, taking up a majority of the south wall, are currently drawn.  The computers, accompanied by uniform bulky headgear, have been aligned along rows of tables.  Near the doorway, a hook hangs six feet above the ground with numerous lanyards wrapped around the end.  The door, itself, has its own square window, but it has been covered from within the room by a printed document, secured on all four sides by masking tape.
