The light house, a circular base, only appears to gradually narrow in size as one ascends. The walls are solidified with concrete in case if water was to rise and possibly come clashing into this structure. There is not much illumination available here, save for the handful of lights, which seem to only activate through a motion sensor, that line the stairs. Some safety and rescue equipment has been stacked into their own piles. If one was not careful in here, then it would be rather easy to trip over an object.
