"...Well...I was.....going to..........hmmmm......"
-Finire scratches his head a moment-
"I was going to ask him to focus on his wings and flex! Yes! When you strain yourself and focus on your Stein weapon your body can become hard as diamond! Then I would punch him and I would bounce off!"
"To show you all that you are so much stronger now that you have your stein weapons! Immune to so much. The gun happened much too quickly! I couldn't instruct him to flex in time!"

"The gun is part of this facility, so you should have some control over it. Could you not have kept the gun from shooting?"

"Aha! It seems that much has been happening while I was asleep! I praise your skill, mysterious stranger, for being able to sedate a Taoist Saint such as myself! However, your riddles will not be enough to defeat the power of Taoism!" "In the Taoist Rite of Truth, I repeat it is undeniable that as the only device present that is able to fire bullets, the sentry gun was the murder weapon and the bullet was the cause of death. However! There has been no confirmation thus far on how the sentry gun operates, nor has there been confirmation on whether one can control the sentry gun or not. Therefore, I declare in the Taoist Rite of Inquisition: Hiro's death was an accident! A malfunction occurred in the sentry gun, or perhaps a malfunction occurred in the system that operates the sentry gun, causing it to fire at random! Hiro was merely an unfortunate victim of chance, there is no real culprit!" "Speaking of which... it seems that Hiro is here, alive and well, is he not? Are you perhaps a practitioner of Taoism, Hiro? Immortality is one of the many benefits of Taoism, after all! All of you should also convert to Taoism, to avoid unfortunate accidents like this!"

"Except we are already immortal according to Pebble here."

-Finire scratches his head and sighs-
"Just so you all know. I am not imposing a time limit on this trial since its practice, but understand that all future trials will have a strict time limit. At the end of that time limit I will tally votes and execute a culprit. If you fail to even identify a culprit prior to the trial's time limit I'll have to punish everyone excluding the culprit. You all are immortal so even a mass execution is only going to delay the game a day."
[Trials will have a Time Limit of Two days. That is to say, Two Sessions AFTER the body is discovered and at the conclusions of the second session the vote will be tallied.]
"If you all can't even do this much we are going to have some major problems down the road."

"With that said, lets make some assumptions and get this trial concluded."
"Lets assume that the killer has to make some kind of physical motion to control the sentry gun. The kind of physical movement that anyone could see happen and even if they don't know what it was, they could witness it."
"At the time of Hiro getting shot you all witnessed myself, reach into my pocket, and press something. None of you witnessed any of the other players make a similar motion or action."
-Finire leans back and looks up at the ceiling before sighing again and continuing-
"Next assumption, lets assume that only someone who was in the Trial of Diamonds at the time of death is a reasonable suspect."
-Finire sighs even more heavily this time-
"Lets base an accusation off of those points. If the killer had to make an obvious physical motion to fire the gun and the killer was in the trial of diamonds with everyone at the time of death then we can conclude that the Killer is likely the person who performed an unexplained physical motion around the time of death and was witnessed doing so."
"Now, let me ask a question. Who fits that criteria to be the killer? Incorrect answers will be met with prompt and immediate punishment."

"Seeing how the others are not willing to answer, I suppose I will create the first theory.
The culprit is Finire and victim Hiro. The murder weapon is the sentry gun that Finire had been controlling with a device in his pocket. It is reasonable to assume Finire has control of the sentry gun, as this facility is his own. First, he asked for a volunteer with which he could demonstrate our supposed immortality and Hiro accepted. Finire then activated the sentry gun with the device in his pocket and it shot Hiro in the back. Finire later demonstrated it on himself to show the differences in our immortality, solidifying the theory that he is the one in control of the sentry gun. Finire healed Hiro after the incident, but a murder is still a murder and Finire is the culprit."

"No comments? Excellent!"
"Note that I am not quite able to defend myself with anything that isn't testimony. As many of you saw and heard me say, I fiddled with something in my pocket at the time of the murder which makes me highly suspicious. I then REPEATED the same action and the gun fired again, but this time at me. So you definitely had several links between me and the gun, excluding the its my facility bit."
"This is one way to conclude a trial. Establish a theory that no one is capable of shutting down. At the end of the trial that theory will be one of the possible answers you all can vote for. Alternatively you can try to shoot down the culprit immediately by logically linking them to the crime."
"Finire performed the same action twice and the gun fired at the same time on both occasions as we saw. Finire stated himself that he was going to do something both times and the things he wanted people to examine, himself and Hiro, were both shot at by the gun proving his intent. Therefore, Finire is clearly in control of the gun and is clearly responsible for shooting Hiro and himself. Thusly he is the murderer in this case."
"If the linking evidence is solid and enough time passes without the link being weakened or destroyed, I'll step in and conclude the trial immediately with the linked person as the culprit. This is quite the excellent tool for framing and getting people who are soaked in blood. Please note that destroyed implies that link is wholly destroyed, proven false. It would be like me claiming Hiro was the killer cause he was covered in blood. When in reality he was never covered in blood. Proving that point would deny me. Weakening it can either be breaking some of the facts the deduction is based on OR introducing other reasonable possibilities. Even if Hiro was covered in blood, so were these other four people, so its unreasonable to accuse just Hiro."
"Make Sense? Alright, we will conclude this trial in short order. If anyone needs to review you can talk with me, but I expect some full on murder party once we are concluded!"

"Well, it didn't quite go as planned, and took longer than expected, but oh well. As was proven, I was the one who triggered the machine gun and had Hiro shot. Obviously. Very very obviously." "Normally I would punish the culprit at this time, but I already fired the machine gun at myself repeatedly to no effect, so lets skip that." -Finire bows and spreads his arms- "And with this silly thing out of the way, let the real games begin!"
