Blood Revenge Pre-Game

*Indrid watches with intent as things unfold around him. He cringes as he watches the young lady flip from the stiff arm*

"No Illusions I have will make the mark that that will leave disappear."

*quickly hops back to her feet but instead of charging again, jumps some space backwards and takes some sort of weird stance, but still pointing bloodlust towards Finire*

"That kind of move wasn't normal. What are you..? Why do you know my name? Why did you kidnap me? What is this place? Get me back home. But before all of that, LET ME FLIP YOU AT LEAST FIVE TIMES!"

"One of those shoot first, ask questions later types I see..."

-Finire sighs-

"Well, I guess I did expect this, I just felt it would happen sooner. Starting from the top, the TL;DR version this time!"

"I am Finire, you have been invited here to play a game. You will be competing with the 8 others in this room. The winner gets a fabulous prize. All of you have received participation awards already."

"As to your questions, I know your name because I looked you up, same way I know the names of the others here. I brought you for the game. This is our own private gameboard. Where it is isn't important..for now. You can go home once the game completes."

-Finire quietly kneels and kicks off the ground before performing a quintuple back flip and landing on his feet-

"Done."

"Anything else you you need? Also Hiro, you should wait at least four hours between medicine doses. Last thing I want is to put you out cold again."

*watches the flipping person and the other flipping person...

and decides to join in with a cartwheel into a flip with two twists in the air and a rebound off the wall into a back flip where she lands perfectly on a stand*

-Finire seems to finish going over the document in his hand-

"I guess this will have to do. I don't want to leave to print more."

-Finire claps to get everyone's attention and fishes more documents out of his coat-

"Alright, I need everyone to take one of these! Like I told my two new hires, these weren't finished when I was speaking with them. So I am handing out one to everyone now to avoid revealing who those two are. If you aren't one of my two, feel free to take this document to your room later and forget it ever existed."

*Fae casually folds a paper fan out of the sheet and uses it to cool herself down*

-Finire glances at his watch before smiling to himself-

"It appears that it is almost time to begin! I guess I had better explain the rules of the game!"

"Now, the goal of this game is to beat your competitors! There are three ways to accomplish this!"

"The first option is what I like to call the 'Friendly Violence' option! You must kill two of of your eight companions and get away with each of those murders in a Trial! I will preside over these trials and Judge and executioner while you all will investigate, discuss, and vote on the killer! Now I must note! You must do these two over SEPARATE TRIALS! Killing two people in one spree is great and encouraged, but it only counts as one murder! And to make things fair, I'll have someone step in and stop the madness if you try to kill more than 2 people in one spree!"

"I really like the Friendly Violence option, its quite a breath of fresh air in a world of strict rules. But perhaps you enjoy the hunt more than the actual murder. Fine then. On to Option two!"

"The second option is what I like to call 'The Killjoy' option! In order to complete this you need to get 10 Detective Points! How do you get Detective Points you ask? Well, thats the reason you are the killjoy! Your goal is to shutdown people trying to complete the Friendly Violence option! For every murder trial, I'll assign the trial a difficult of 1-5! The contestant who successfully solves the crime and executes the culprit will get detective points equal to my assigned difficulty!"

"But Mr. Finire! I don't want to murder! And I don't want anyone else to murder either! How can I win? Well don't you worry your little head about it. Your old buddy Finire has graciously considered this case!"

"The third option is called the 'Rainbow Exit' and does not require murder, though murder may make it easier!"

-Finire points to a sealed door on one wall-

"That, everyone, is the War Room. If anyone manages to open the door, I'll meet them inside. There, they will have to answer all my questions about this facility, its occupants, the goal of this game."

-Finire spins in place and throws his arms wide-

"Is everyone ready then? Lets begin the game! Let's find the 'Ally!'"
