Explain nothing you creten. You are worse then any of the filth, arsonist or serial killer. I've done nothing wrong, baked everyone mountains of pies, and this is how you betray my kindness? Vermin like you, all of you, disprespecting me and causing this. You're all better off dead. This is why I can only communicate with most of you guys through threats, and yet you all still continue to disrespect me like the cockroaches you are. There's no explaining to do. You'll get yours. You'll get yours.

-Still sniffling and crying as she stands up- "Professor Stein... I think he gave Yuri, Johnathan, and Yuno stun batons back when we were searching for the person who stole my keys. I didn't see him after that, so I'm not sure if anyone else got them, but... I don't think he would let a lot of people carry them around." "A-Also... with the first death... I did a deeper autopsy a bit later, and... well, I think the murder was committed before night fell on the third day... that means it had to have been done during the day after we tried to search for the attacker at night." -sniffles a bit more- "I-I'm sorry for not saying this sooner.... I think I'm going to take a rest..."

Yeah, I was one of the ones who received a baton.
I received the baton on the second day alongside Garcia by Stein, me and her teamed up fully for the entire day to hunt down the insane guy. We were together basically the whole time, unlocking things using his keys. We then gave up very late at night and turned in, she returned the keys to Stein.
I had made my way to the lab the next day to talk to Stein myself, and returning the baton to him. We were discussing what to do with the attacker, he said that he had heard that the attacker had left the mansion and it was unsafe to pursue him. I decided to explore a bit more, and climbed into the attic. Not much happened from there.

"Could someone clarify when the stun batons given out? Considering how the one who stole the keys was the insane guy... it makes sense he would be the one murdered... Perhaps he was even tortured before he was killed, seeing how he was whipped after he had gotten tied down. I guess someone really wanted to find the key..."

The stun batons were given out probably right after the whole attacker incident, it took almost no time to find his identiy as Stein himself had encountered him. Stein gave out the batons after much persuasion, he was very against it at first.
I have no idea if he had more / gave out more after that incident though
This is all very useful information, I'm surprised it's only being brought up now. I honestly wish we could have had this yesterday so we could have asked Stein himself about the batons, judging by the fact that Garcia only seen a few of us be given them. Also, let's not ignore this one filth who had a completely false testimony of staying in his room all day.

Having countered Edgar's testimony, that leaves the culprit of the Arsonist set in stone. At the very least, we have our arsonist. I'm not sure if the others agree, but I would like to volunteer the Execution of the Guilty. A proper punishment. I would like to volunteer myself, to execute Edgar. I wish to kill him in the name of justice, so we may leave. Not as a murderer, but to end this madness.

"I-I have nothing to say except that I was in my room the whole time..." ((complete ****-up on my part; it was a lie, wasn't supposed to be in purple... this is what i get for not reading the rules i reckon you guys lynch someone else but let me die of punishment for ignorance))
"A-Ack! Okay, here's the truth. I was actually in my room during the murder. Right after Stein died, I left to the Living Room and got rid of some stuff in the fireplace. I took some fruit and then went into the Dining Room. When I saw that I couldn't pickup a pie, I threw a fit and flipped them... After that I headed straight for the Guest Rooms. Then the arson happened, and I ran outside to the Front Gate. T-That's all of it!"

"*yaaaawn* I wonder why the sounds of fire and rain are so calming. Hidematsu really ended up falling asleep... Well, then, I think I can guess what kind of situation. Silly people who have given up on thinking decided to blame Hidematsu for all the evils in the world, no? Well then, allow me to mention some things." "First of all, I will quickly mention that just as Yuri had said, Hidematsu arrived in the Boiler Room just before Yuri had returned from what must have been Kitchen with silver and left only once the smell of smoke started spreading through the mansion. So there is no way Hidematsu would've been able to arrive at Kitchen after Yuri had left it, set fire to it, and then get to the Boiler Room before Yuri had arrived in it." "Secondly, about the second murder. Since Hidematsu loves denying stuff in overly exaggerating matter, lets go with at least this much: Hidematsu still haven't looked at the Tilted Guy's corpse even once even to this point. As well as Hidematsu only entered the Torture Room for the first time after Tilted Guy's trial started. Maybe also last time Hidematsu looked at the Tilted Guy, dead or alive, was when being together with Kanade while being checked by Garcia. And of course, Hidematsu have never held a stun baton in her hands after having stepped into this mansion. Though of course, it would also be fairly amusing if everything Hidematsu mentioned just now was a lie, no? *giggle*" "Well, other than that though, Hidematsu knows exactly who the culprit is for the first trial and how to prove them, so I suppose I'll do just that. Mr.Jonathan, Yuri, would the two of you please explain what have you done to your stun batons and where they are now? Hidematsu has seen you two together on multiple occasions enough to suspect you to be in that kind of relationship so of course you would be able to vouch for each other as to those 2 stun batons, correct?"

"First off you could not make those kind of jokes. I already have a wife and even if I didn't, I am much too old to be dating her were I even the closest to being interested in her in that way. As for the stun batons, Mr. Stein took ours away shortly after we tried to tell him about the corpse in the basement. I hadn't suspected of him being a vampire at the time, so I thought it would be best to warn him. But he dismissed it by saying it is best to worry about it in the morning and that is when he took the batons before sending us to bed.
"In the morning I woke up and tried to give Stein a proper warning, but Yuri was already talking to him. So I waited hoping to hear his response about the basement when the lights went off. Stein asked me to go turn the breaker back on, so I left. Along the way, I saw Ms. Selene heading in the same direction. As I turned the breaker on, it turned out she was planning to do the same thing. I thought about the torture room and how someone tore open a wall in there from an empty room, so I asked Ms. Selene what she knew.
"She mentioned finding evidence of supernatural elements in the house but did not know of the possible vampire. So I decided to warn her in advance since at the time I thought Stein was gonna tell everyone. After warning her, we left the generator room and parted ways as I walked back to the Soul Lab. But I ran into Yuri on the way there and she said she had something she wanted to tell me in private which later turned out to be her suspicion that Stein is a vampire.
"We entered the living room where we ran into a group of people and at first decided to go into a study to talk. But Kanade wanted our help to move the furniture to see if her theory that there is a trapdoor was correct. So we proceeded to do so with Ellie helping. My memory is a bit fuzzy but after revealing the trap door, someone let slip about the torture room and a possible vampire. Since Ellie was close by, we had no choice to bring her with the three of us to the study. Which led to us forming an anti-vampire group.
"We all talked, and then I remembered that I told Ms. Selene about the vampire. I got worried she might be in danger especially after Kanade and Yuri proposed the idea Stein was the vampire in question. But as I was about to leave to go look for her, Ms. Hidematsu came in. After an awkward silence, she gave more evidence that Stein was a vampire and so we decided to let her in. After a certain point, I left to go find Selene. I went to the Torture Room thinking she might have gone to verify what I said to her. And that point, you all should know from earlier about how I was so preoccupied with finding Ms. Selene that I failed to realize Petel was already dead in my previous testimony."

"Thank you kindly for that information. I think nobody would mind me continuing from that point under assumption that Yuri would confirm that her and Mr.Jonathan's batons were taken away by Stein. That means that the only other baton that could've been used for murder, was Yuno's. And that stun baton should still be burning safely in the furnace of Boiler Room (OOC:Not sure if I can red this yet, wait till Sea is on) where Hidematsu found it during the trial. And this means that Ms.Yuno is lying about returning her stun baton to Prof.Stein using the fact that he is dead and can't deny it. And the only motive for lying about it is because she is in fact the culprit of the Tilted Guy's case." "Silly girl, how about you finally learn that you cannot win against Hidematsu, whether it be in Rock, Paper, Scissors or in accusation game?"

Since you're discussing motive of returning the baton, all I can really say is that I returned it because I wanted a second knife, the thing weighed too much. Not really a counter, just explaining my reasonings. One can say "You're lying about the dead" all they want, but it's obvious he's a major key factor to this whole situation. Hell, if someone had just mentioned the stun baton yesterday, I'd almost guarantee this would have been resolved within 5 mins of that, but now you've got no real info to go off. Let me be more clear. Stein is dead, it's very inconvenient that a key item for murder, the stun baton, can now only gain suspects by listening to Garcia who had viewed one single incident of Stein giving away the batons long before the murder. If you did find the stun baton, Hidematsu. Then please, tell me why you never once mentioned it during the trial, despite saying that you found it during? Could it be that you did not want Stein to say what happened after Stein gave away the original 3?If I murdered, I'd just stab him right in front of all of you, whereever and whenever I please.. But I didn't. I wouldn't have sucked his blood, hell I didn't even know he was a vampire, just that he was dangerous (which I was explaining to Garcia for quite a while).

"Isn't it obvious? Because if I had mentioned the stun baton, obviously the trial would've been led into the right direction of executing you. Hidematsu might be mean, but I wouldn't just spoil such an amazing opportunity you prepared. After all, the whole reason why you murdered Tilted Guy was to frame Prof. Stein for it, maybe it was to execute him because you didn't like him or just to find the truth of whether he is a vampire, Hidematsu doesn't know, and can't say that I care. But your attitude during whole of the other trial does nothing but support this. I won't lie, your murder was very convenient to Hidematsu, so I didn't plan to tell anyone about it, or your stun baton, but bad girls who don't know their place must be punished."
