Efi was hanging around the front of the mansion. Yuno asked Efi to find silver, so Efi went around the first floor a little bit. Then she got tired and stayed in the entrance hall. Efi thinks she went to the boiler room before the smoke happened.
Efi doesn't remember all of it though...

Although I am not the best to judge this either-
Yes, a complicated case is complicated to the very end, but wouldn't it be nice to know who the culprit was?

Most of the evidence to the first crime has probably been decimated by the fire. A murder case re-opened with no additional leads; doesn't it sound fun?
I'll begin with what I recall from the recent arson.

We all heard the screaming at a bit past nine in the evening if you were to go by Eastern Standard Time.

Before then, after Willheim and Garcia had decided to abandon their progress and the mansion, I had, in turn, decided to explore it for a bit. I had met a handful of people in the boiler room around three hours prior to the alarm. For as much as I can recall, Ellie and Selene fell asleep in the boiler room, which was why we had to carry them outside of the mansion after the alarm.
Now, while all of us did hear someone scream about the fire around nine. Out of those who visited throughout that time frame, Yuri was the first to notice 'smoke.' This was already a fair amount of time past seven in the afternoon.
Hidematsu seemed to take her leave only a minute after Yuri commented on the 'smoke,' and Yuri and Kanade had left soon after out of... what do people call it? Concern?
I believe that's the correct term.

Back to the matter, Kanade and I, along with the other two girls we dragged out, were the only ones to have been present in the boiler room in that time frame.
Let me go on to elaborate the others who had visited.
About an hour before we became aware of 'smoke,' Yuri had gone to the kitchen to scavenge some more silver on request of Kanade. She returned about half an hour later.
Yuno left some time after Yuri in order to 'threaten others to come help,' is how she put it. Yuno returned around the same time as Yuri had.
The suicidal mania- Dazai, had left no longer than ten minutes after Yuno. To quote him, 'Well, that ghost of Efina reminded me of a job.'
Annoyin- Oddly enough, Dazai returned three minutes later with a supposed new friend, although that person didn't come to the boiler room...
I can only assume the suicidal maniac was referring to Efina.
Just as quickly, Dazai left again, but he didn't come back.
There was one more person who visited the boiler room during that time period... Hidematsu. She came by around the time Yuri and Yuno had returned."

*His hand that was originally beneath his chin as if in concentration had flicked forward with a sharp snap*

"Beyond that, after Yuri and Kanade had left the boiler room, no one else entered or exited, or even if someone had, I wouldn't recall since I didn't talk to anyone else aftwerwards..."

Also, Selene, could you tell me where you got that notebook? It was also in the soul lab after all."

"The stun batons? Ah, during the night people tried to find the attacker. Garcia told me about that. She probably knows, but..."

-Looks at Garcia still sniffling and crouched on the ground-

"Let's give her some time first."

"Could the group in the attic state what time their members had gathered?"

Uhh, I can't say I know the exact time. It was certainly around 24 hours though, that's just for me though. The other two besides me and Suika showed up probably 1-2 hours after?

"Efina and I were talking to the scientists, then we went to the attic ... At least I think we were. Wilheim, care to confirm?"

"Jonathan, there is still a point that confuses me. When did you first discover the body? You said you had walked by it prior to your noticing it, but we have no time frame."

"Indeed, I did talk with Dazai a few times the day before the murder, however I don't know where he was for the majority of the day."

"For my testimony of the fire. I started the night in the Boiler Room and Kanade asked me to go grab some silver from the Kitchen. When I got to the kitchen, I tried to look for the silver but I couldn't find it so I headed back to the Boiler Room. As I left the Dinning Room, I saw Edgar flipping the apple pies onto the floor and was laughing like a maniac. I made it back to the Boiler Room where Kanade, Yuno, Ian, Selene, Dazai and Ellie were there and I asked Kanade where she found the silver. She told me to look for a hidden note in the vent which showed where the silver was so I headed back to the kitchen. When I made it to kitchen, there was still no fire. I found the hidden note which lead me to a box hidden under a drawer which contains silver. I took 4 pieces of silver then was on my way back to the Boiler Room. While I passed the Entrance Hall, I was approached by Efina and Dazai. Efina told me someone asked her to help me and I told her to help gather silver from the Kitchen and told her where to find it. Dazai asked me if I found the silver and told him the same thing.  

"When I got back to the Boiler Room, Hidematsu was there while Yuno just left and I left the silver in the boiler room then started forging a dagger. Awhile later, We heard someone yelling "EVERYONE, I THINK THIS PLACE IS GONNA BLOW UP!" and then we started smelling smoke fill the room. Hidematsu left the room shortly before I left to investigate the smoke. I went over to the Entrance Hall to investigate and peeked into the Dinning Room where the smoke was coming from and saw the kitchen was on fire and spreading into the Dinning Room. I then yelled to everyone that there's a fire and everyone should get out and then I attempted to put out the fire by grabbing a hose from the toolshed, attached it to the faucet in the garden and tried putting out the fire in the Dinning Room. Unfortunately it couldn't reach the Kitchen so I gave up then went to storage room where I found Kanade there. We both left together and headed to the front exit."

"I discovered it shortly I left the meeting in the Study to look for Selene. I had went to the Torture Room to see if she was there since I kinda told her about the hunter Yuri and I found there. I noticed Petel was there due to his unique nature but was so focused on finding Ms. Selene. That it didn't register to me that anything was wrong so I had left the room. I popped out of the trapdoor and saw Yuri just entering the living room. Later that night in the Boiler Room as I mentioned seeing Petel, it hit me that there was something wrong and so I ran to make sure he was okay. Only he was already dead."

OOC: To clarify how this happened, I didn't bother reading the room descriptions and when I mentioned Petel, Sea asked if I actually saw Petel covered in blood and left him. It was at that moment. That I knew. I f***ed up.
