In this tower you find a long ladder propped up against the wall. There seems to have been a platform above before, but there is a large hole in the bottom and it doesn’t seem stable. On the remaining portion of the platform, you can make out a rifle leaned against the wall, along with a pair of binoculars. Above the platform is a rope attached to a large bell.
