In this tower you find a long ladder leading up to a platform. You notice several holes in the fence around this tower, large enough to squeeze through. Above the platform is a rope attached to a large bell. You can see into the inner outpost from here, and a good distance into the forest. There appears to be a manor in the distance to the north.
