Supply Room

You find a number of interesting tools and objects in the room. For some reason, this room appears to be the brightest.
What you find most interesting is a bottle half used with a green liquid [now empty]. The label on the bottle reads:

"A reason appears when you least expect it. Even when there's no hope to light the way..."

The boxes appear to contain photos. People you've never seen before appear to be holding rewards in these pictures. They all looked like middle aged men and women.
What exactly is this place?

"Such a strange place, indeed... Hmph."

Celestia begins to sit down in a chair and roll the pencil up and down the table in front of her. She stays there for a bit, thinking about this place.

Celestia then leaves the room.
