Above the Clouds
You soar as high as you possibly can and break above where clouds would rest in the sky. Above you is the azure blue of the sky as far as you can see, the sun shines overhead and blazes down its heat upon you. Looking down, you can't really make out the ground unless you have extraordinary eyesight and the weather is cooperating. You believe that from here you could fly mostly undetected except from those who also have extreme sight. You can actually see some random papers floating in the wind up here that seem to spin about in the eddies of air

From here, you can fly to any place that is accessibly via the sky. This is any location that is not underwater or underground. If weather conditions are extreme you may be unable to land in certain areas at certain times. PM the host where you will be landing to be provided a link.
