Funny how it was Nue who died first. Funny how it looked like I had given Nue the small Black Key and did not deny Nue's request for it.

If there WAS a motive, it would be that. The only person I can think of who was very interested in the key was Seijii. That's my theory on the motive.

Sadly, I can't investigate right now. I have much larger fish to fry, I can't explain it right now. If I don't do this, we could all very well die to a threat much bigger then these murderers right now.

So best of luck, I need to believe in you all to solve it. I take these cases to be relatively simple.

My findings are minimal, but they are something. The most important fact is that there isn't a lot of blood around Jin's body and coming from his wound. A glove withholding a another bloody glove was found in his mouth. I believe the wound on his head was caused either by a coffee mug or a gavel, although considering the gavel is chained, it seems unlikely.
As for Nue's body, the glass shards were most likely from a wine glass, which probably was used to knock her out. The location of the glass and the item used to knock out Jin are unaccounted for. Noting the obvious fact that there are no tranquilizer darts in this floor, the dart most likely came from a Blood Weapon. The gash in her neck was caused by a slightly curved object, so that rules out the kitchen knife used to stab Jin. I have reason to believe the rest of the wine glass was the murder weapon.

I am interested to know why there is a lack of gallons of blood surrounding Jin's body. On another note, the fact that all of these items came from the Kitchen is interesting. Unfortunately, we can't check people's rooms, so that serves as a good hiding place.

I will admit.

I noticed Klea in the kitchen several times, I kept trying to sneak into there to check out something. Klea was in there every-time, however, so I kept retreating.

This also means that I admit, I was in the kitchen quite often. But not for a long period of time at all.

I admit that the knife shoved into the wall in the lounge was to instigate murder. And it looks like it was used.

And, I know people say the key is irrelevant. But I did notice Seijii mention that she was looking for the key on Nue's dead body. Seijii had also asked me who I gave it to several times, and was present when Nue asked me for it.

It's also no possibility of an accomplice.

The cleaver is also missing.

These are the small facts I gathered without investigating at all. Too lazy.



Jin could very well be a suicide. He seemed rather depressed lately, it's more then likely he had asked someone to kill him. Who ever was close to him and was smart enough to use the distraction of the first trial would be the culprit. This would have to be someone Jin has known for a long time and can slightly trust.

Oh, the homicidal b**** is accusing me of murder now? To bad it's all in vain. Nue had already told me that she did not have the key, I have several people who hear it...though one is dead right now. The one time the blue pervert would have been useful. Anyway if you need more proof that I wasn't the one who killed her, the body announcement happened AFTER I FOUND THE BODY. That would not have happened if I was involved.

Ah... It's finally here, I've been waiting all day for this bullet. I had hoped to have been executed and shifted back by the time I woke up, but it seems that someone wanted to prolong this trial.

I admit, I committed both murders, no real thought into either one.

I am surprised however, that none of you suspected me prior to Remilia's statement... It is really... depressing I would say.

I don't know about that. The murder report for Nue does mention that a trace of tranquilizer was detected in Nue's blood, which would lead one to assume that you must have either been waiting or prepared something in advance for the murder. You may admit to the murder of Jin, but does that mean you also murdered Nue? I don't think so.

Akito mentioned finding a dart with the colouring of a blood weapon on Nue, which means that we can rightly assume that it was a blood weapon that was used to tranquilize Nue. My own blood weapon allows me to fire tranquilizing darts, so why am I not a suspect as well? I believe that there is room for doubt in regards to the murder of Nue, and I believe that it warrants further investigation.

A-Ahem... Now that that's cleared up.
Regarding Nue's murder, I would like to present a few things I discovered on the body.

- There is a small, circular bruise on the back of Nue's head. This, I believe, was made by the number 6 Billiard ball, which went missing not too long ago. If we can frisk everybody, we may be able to find it and deduce the culprit.

- There is a small dart with the coloration of a blood weapon on her wrist, right on a vein.

- There are glass shards in Nue's throat and mouth. When I compared them to the wine glass I had on me, they were the same, meaning whomever committed the murder had one.

 I believe you should look for these items out of player:

- Darts (whomever possesses that as a blood weapon)

- Number 6 Billiard Ball

- Gloves (one is surely missing, and this was a very messy murder so I can assume that a glove was used)

I will reveal a few more later on in the trial.
