Here you find a room with a completely metal floor and large rods sticking up to the ceiling where a vast cloud of electricity sparks and flows. The floor seems to be made up of large metal tiles, and occasionally you see a rod fall down from the ceiling, and another rod rise up to the ceiling. The tiles seem to conduct electricity extremely well.
