The scratching noises have died down on this side of the river, and you notice what appears to be screaming, except very high pitched and very scratchy. The high pitched scream appears to have come from the area in front of you. You feel the wall actually feels incredibly sticky here. You hear a loud, scratchy scuttling noise in the opposite side of the room, and you think you hear whimpering.
