The Host, Me, will start the game by posting a simple scenario.
Next, the players, you guys, will post what the PROTAGONIST or THE WORLD does. Unless otherwise a specific protagonist is provided by the host, the first player to post is considered the protagonist.
The Host will reply with the effects of the action and the new state of affairs.
Rinse and Repeat to construct our own little adventure.
Now before we go on I have to specify some rules for the protagonist and world actions.
A. No Action made by the protagonist or the world may harm or kill the protagonist. Only the host can declare injuries or death upon the protagonist.
B. The "World" consists of the environment itself as well as all living beings upon it. Feel free to insert your own characters as a part of the world (As long as they are original or Marvel characters and even some Marvel ones may be rejected), however they can be harmed and/or killed by player actions.
C. ANYONE can control the protagonists action per turn. If multiple people post the actions will be merged ASSUMING they do not contradict. If they contradict then the oldest actions get priority.
D. Please be reasonable with actions and keep them within the ratings of the site.
E. I reserve the right to reject any action and reverse to a state prior to
It has been two months since you, Peter Parker, got bit by that genetically modified spider and given you your amazing powers. Two months since your best friend Harry Osborn accidentally got thrown into a vat of chemicals and been sent into a comas by the same thieves who also accidentally set free the spider that bit you. Two months since you donned the costume of Spider-Man and attempted to go into show business to earn cash for your family.
One month since you allow a petty thief to escape just because your boss tried to screw you on your paycheck. And later killed your Uncle Ben. One month since you finally learned what your uncle had been trying to tell you. And one month since you learned that petty thief was an ex-employee of OsCorp. The place that started it all.
Of course it is hard to tell if the thief really had anything to do with the spider incident and those guys who pushed Harry into that chemical bath. After all, Norman Osborn pretty much owns half of New York ever since he bought Stark Industries with only DoomTech and Fisk Inc. holding a candle against the company.
But you need answers. And to finally learn what was so important that those thieves decided to visit that day. And today, you got an anonymous tip from a guy known as Big Man who claims that OsCorp's top scientist Otto Octavius is about to do an illegal trade at the docks tonight. Time to find out what is going on... Time to decide
Story: Long Arms of the Octopus
Protagonist: Peter Parker aka the Amazing Spider-Man
Powers: Proportionate strength, speed, and agility of a spider and spider-sense
Gadgets: Web-shooters, 20 cartridges of web fluid, and a Spider-Tracer
