This is a large room filled with desks. The desks are arranged in a large semicircle, facing an enormous projector screen. A wired telephone sits on the desk furthest from the entrance. The projector in this room is currently turned off and nothing is displayed on the screen. A small staircase in the back of the room leads to the fourth floor, a door to the elevator can be found at the side. Two security guards stand in this room near the elevator, and two more near a door at the back of the room.
