"As I recall, when I first checked the body, there was only 1 stab wound, however, it's likely that that hooligan Emil altered the crime scene. And now that I can't use The Hermit, it's impossible to go back and check the body again."

"Oh my, Satori-san, why was there such a need to do that? Could it be that further investigations could prove that the culprit is an original player which is clearly something you don't want? But why is it? Satori-san, you clearly didn't show any worry for Rin-san when finding she wasn't in trial and could be dead. That means that you knew Rin-san was fine and was avoiding participation in trial using an arcana power all along. Satori-san. You did that because Rin-san is in fact the true culprit of this case, didn't you? And you hiding that fact means that you are an accomplice! Thus I present another theory of Rin-san being culprit and Satori-san being an accomplice."

"Hey Satori. Mind turning off your Sun real quick so Togami can check the body. Or is the Hermit a one time use?"

"Nyaaaaaaaa~ I guess I have to prove my innocence now."

"Kirigiri, you're claiming I'm the culprit on the basis that I was on the first floor, but you see I was in the empty room on the second floor taking a nap until I heard some really noisy gunshot and ran down to investigate. Master Satori can vouch for me since we met on the second floor hallway. It would've taken me a while to get back down to the first floor, so I couldn't possibly have made it in time to kill Hagakure, then hide."

"Random Girl A, that's no good either. You haven't presented any clues of me being the culprit, and everyone knows accusations cannot be made with clues that are not presented. How do you propose I got down to the first floor? How do you think I avoided being seen if I did kill Hagakure? How was I even able to get weapons that never existed in the mansion before??? You'll have to answer all of these questions first before you can accuse me~"

"You need to stop grasping at straws, we've been over this a dozen times. If Satori is an accomplice, and Rin is the murderer, then how the hell did they get a Rusty Knife and a Rusty Revolver in order to commit it?"

[King V]

-sighs deeply-

"Alright, time to get serious. This murder was committed by a single person. There are no accomplices. I can tell this much just from my investigations."

"Well Rin do you- wait what. What did you just say Ms. Detective?"

"Does that mean that simply not mentioning knowing the culprit doesn't make you an accomplice? Oh, it could only be at the level of suspicion too... The fact that Rin-san appeared in trial once arcana usage during the trial was forbidden, means that Rin-san not being in trial was due to arcana powers. And that means that Rin-san was able to use arcana powers. But, there were no accomplices in this murder. That means that Rin-san stole rusty revolver and rusty knife from whoever brought them into mansion and then single-handedly committed this murder."

"I brought the Rusty Knife and Rusty Revolver, and it was never stolen at any point in time by anyone."

"The Moon gives me the option to not attend trial and stay in the mansion when a trial is going on, but when master Satori activated The Sun, that effect was canceled, so here I am."

"I don't know what you're talking about random girl A, I never stole anything from anyone since 4 days ago when I was first brought to the mansion."

"Emil, the rusty revolver and knife both left your possession at some point, considering their current location. Stealing is also unnecessary for the weapons to leave your possession."
